What's an Audiogram?

Audiograms are a great way to attach a recorded memory to a digital photo with a visible wave form. I started making them when one of my interviewees told such a fun tale about going to a cabaret as a young woman that I decided to turn it into an individual story attached to a photo of her with background music. She emailed it to her family members and everybody loved it! Audiograms are now part of the Memory Box Audio service. (They're included as part of the Platinum package or they can be purchased separately.) I have also turned them into digital greetings cards and postcards — here are a few samples. Jeffrey that went to Peru was voiced by me and made for my niece in the UK. I used a photo of her favourite toy giraffe that I then pasted against a background of one of my photos of Machu Picchu. She was thrilled to discover what Jeffrey had been up while she was asleep :-) Please contact me if you are interested in having an audiogram made for a special occasion!
